Peace Meditation (9)
A method of meditation focusing on breathing and in making the breathing becomes very subtle. In the course of cultivation, the main focus is for the cultivator to relax physically, respiratorily and emotionally to attain a state of peace and serenity. In normal daily life situations, the cultivator should change their behaviors and mindset to become easy-going, calm and happy. The cultivator should take good care of his/her family and responsibilities so that easiness and love can be felt by his/her friends and family.
